Questions.
How do credits work?+
Every paid and free plan comes with a monthly pool of credits that resets at the start of your billing cycle. Each generation task (music, voice conversion, mastering, training…) consumes a fixed number of credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. Each tier roughly doubles the previous monthly pool, so upgrading once usually unblocks you for a long stretch.
Is the API billed from my subscription credits?+
No. The HanoLab REST API is billed independently on a pay-per-call basis from a prepaid balance you top up from your account. Your subscription credits power the web workstation (UI) only. API access is unlocked on Creator and Pro plans.
What is a style model and how does training pricing work?+
A style model learns your sound and can be reused in every future generation. We offer three tiers by training depth: Quick (50 credits, ~10 minutes), Pro (130 credits, ~1 hour) and Studio (240 credits, ~4 hours). Quick captures broad character; Studio captures nuance and edge cases.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel from your Account dashboard. You will retain access to your tier until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We process all payments through Creem as our Merchant of Record. Creem supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and regional wallets — with automatic tax handling in your jurisdiction.
